We bring our readers the sensational news that everything that marked the spot chosen by Our Lady to show herself to her faithful has just turned up... in the house of a friend of ours in this city, which has consequently been receiving a great many visitors.

There you will find the famous holm-oak shrub, already badly plucked by the trembling fingers of the believers; a cross roughly hacked out with a billhook; a small picture showing a rosy-cheeked lass in speckled clothes, comfortably seated on a verdant carpet of grass; two tin lanterns smeared with oil, etc., etc.

No one knows how this came about... There are some, however, who are of the opinion that it was Our Lady herself who worked the miracle of this removal — to spare the devout the rigours of the winter season.

And indeed, there is a little more comfort there... both outside and inside.
