Shortly afterwards the little girls told what Our Lady had said to them:
— The war will end in these days; soon our soldiers will return to Portugal; men must be good to one another; pray the rosary and build a chapel, for I am the Lady of the Rosary.

Pouco depois as meninas disseram o que Nossa Senhora lhes tinha dito:
— *A guerra acaba por estes dias; brevemente os nossos soldados regressam a Portugal; os homens devem ser bons uns para os outros; rezem o terço e façam uma capela pois que sou a Senhora do Rosario.
